Bunny in a Hole
It’s a sunny Sunday morning! We got up and I took my son to church. Saw a little boy being baptized and it brought back such nice memories of when my boy was baptized there.
Last night’s Indian meal was fantastic, and even my husband liked it. I did use light cream instead of heavy cream and to be honest, I could tell the difference. But, it was great nonetheless. As for updating it with a picture, my camera sat next to us as I ate and I completely forgot. I do have leftovers though, so I might be able to stage a picture of those.

I made brunch for us today.. Bunny in a Hole. My mom used to make it for me when I was little so I thought maybe Caelan would get a kick out of it. You simply cut a hole in a piece of bread, and cook it in a pan and drop an egg in the hole. It’s supposed to look like a bunny butt, but son promptly announced “Mom, that’s an EGG… not a bunny butt.”
I served it with some turkey bacon, and I made mine with cooking spray instead of butter.
Now we’re off to the movies. Dragon 3-D movie, here we come!
