Again… Four Seasons Enchiladas

I was all excited to blog my Four Seasons Enchiladas.  I couldn’t believe I hadn’t posted it before, and I made it last night for a neighbor who just had a baby.  As I went to type it up this morning, there I find it already blogged on my site.  Ah yes, the brain is apparently failing me.

So, I thought I’d simply post the picture, and a link to the recipe.  Yesterday I used ground chicken (about a pound) instead of turkey.

One note, tomorrow I am making a recipe that I’ve definitely been asked for many times, and never blogged, so stay tuned!  It’s a Chicago favorite!

    Hi Margo,

    When I click on the link I am taken to a recipe for Pumpkin Sherbert. While I think I will try that one as well, can you send me the link for the enchiladas? Thanks for all the great ideas!
